Sam's First Foods

I just want to do my best for our little man. One way I have been trying to do this is through home cooked meals. Yes he has had store bought food but only on the rare occasion, or when we are trying out new tastes that I might not be 100% sure if its worth my while cooking up a batch. I just still have visions of crying when I had had enough Semolina as a small person myself and cannot look at it let alone eat it these days

Fork 'n' Spoon

There is nothing more satisfying (ok there are)
than a smallie successfully mastering a spoon
Ok yes they will make a mess
Ok yes they will take forever
OK yes Enjoy it!
